The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the inspection and check-in of vehicles delivered or shipped to and from Masterack.
This position is also responsible for proper vehicle staging during production and delivery.
Essential Job FunctionsInspection of received vehiclesChecking in vehicles using J.

Edwards software via an RF scan device.
Labeling vehicles with appropriately assigned parking locationsAdditional responsibilities as maybe assigned.
Critical Skills - Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicles inside and outside for any damages or missing items.
Label vehicles with assigned parking location when checking in with J.
D.
Edwards Software and RF hand held scanning device.
Stage vehicles in assigned location after check-in.
Stage vehicles for production as directed.
Identify secondary processes needed i.
e.
Decals/Electrical/Off Site Processes as vehicles come out of production, staging them in the appropriate location.
Stage vehicles for shipment by Lot Letter / Customer Pick Up from labels on the vehicles.
Collect VPO's after obtaining deliverers signature.
Complete any and all paperwork as needed.
Recycle materials as required.
Perform other miscellaneous and non-recurring duties as assigned while maintaining a safe plant environment and practicing good housekeeping in work areas.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Georgia Driver's LicenseBe at least 18 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or an equivalent G.

Be able to work independently or with othersUnderstand and perform written and verbal instructionsRead and understand a Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders and assembly orders.
Prepare and complete records and forms by applicable methods.
Maintain a neat and accurate records.

Visually inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors in a variety of lighting.
