In this position you will:
o Manage necessary components, kits, and supplies, tools, and labor schedule to ensure consistent deliverables on customer orders.
o Ensure scheduled rebuild and maintenance contract project activities are executed on time as required.
o Validate rebuild procedures and scope for each product.
o Define OEM specification platform and include applicable warranty for products offered.
o Define process for tolerance checks on components to be considered for reuse.
o Manage Zalkin technical postings to ensure latest drawings are available.
o Drive opportunity in North America for cost control measure.
o Manage technical documentation and reporting as required for customer supported projects.
o Occasional Travel to customer facilities to perform rebuilds and or train customer maintenance personnel.
o Assist Service Department as needed.
o Perform all necessary repairs on customer return parts.
Who we're looking for?o Excellent communication & organizational skills.
o Must be able to multi-task & adapt to changing priorities.
o Self-motivated, personable and comfortable communicating.
o Computer literacy, with understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)o Mechanical aptitude required, ability to disassemble and reassemble capper components.
o Ability to read & understand complex engineering designs, including wiring schematics.
o Travel up to 15%o Ability to work independently, maintain a positive attitude and work well with all levels of management.
