Review request for quotations and quote opportunities through Syteline ERP system.
Ensure all needed engineering specs, samples, and important details are collected to process quotes.
Support LCM Regional Sales manager as needed to secure sales (technical data, presentation, etc) Follow-up on open project quotes with RSMs or customers to secure projects and/or confirm customer interest/project validity through Salesforce CRM.
Launch and manage all projects with needed details, follow-up on needed purchase order issuance, customer invoicing, and project timing details.
Manage needed Zalkin field service technical requirements with the service team for requested resources in relationship to project timing.
Act as a liaison for technical resolution during the project, upon installation, and after project completion.
Resolve all punch list opportunities and execute any needed warranty issues.
Interface with internal company department resources as required to move project needs along (i.
e.
engineering, purchasing, shipping, and management).
Update reporting documents as required/needed.

Excellent knowledge of mechanical/electrical technical applications Ability to read & understand complex engineering designs, including wiring schematics.
